Jim Lawson Maduike until his death on Saturday, January 9, 2020 was a famous Nollywood actor, radio broadcaster, writer, voice-over artist, filmmaker and a television personality.
He was popularly known for playing the role of a King (Igwe), father, elder, uncle, and husband in many Nollywood movies alongside other veteran actors, Olu Jacobs, Patience Ozokwor, Ngozi Ezeonu, Ebele Okaro, Pete Edochie, and several other top Nollywood movie stars.
Jim Lawson Maduike is originally from Umunwolave, a small village in Guamo Obire in Nkwere Local Government Area of Imo State in the south eastern part of Nigeria, where he completed both his primary and secondary school education and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.
